  1. Qualified Electrical Inspectors Needed in State of New York
    The State of New York is in need of qualified electrical inspectors to assist in confirming that it is safe to re-energize buildings that were damaged by Hurricane Sandy. They are requesting that electrical inspectors with a minimum of five years experience who are interested in helping should respond with their contact information to "New York Disaster Response” at the following email address: iaei@iaei.org.   2. ICC DISASTER RESPONSE NETWORK ALERT 1-2012
    As a result of Hurricane Sandy, the State of New Jersey Department of Community Affairs may be looking for temporary part-time building and electrical inspectors in the near future. The 2009 ICC Codes and the 2011 NEC are the currently adopted codes for the State of New Jersey. A valid driver’s license is also required.
