How do I log in?
When you arrived at the IAEI Information Gateway, you will be greeted with a sign-in screen. Type in the user name and password given to you (remember, the username and password are case sensitive). If you are not planning on using different log-in names (for example, Western Section Secretary and Safety Ambassador log-in names), then select "Remember Me" and you should be logged in for up to two weeks without having to log in again. Then hit the Sign In button, and you will be redirected to your individualized page.

I need to log into the "Officer's Lounge," but I do not see the specific link. What link do I need to press to get there?
You do not have to click on any specific link, you just need to log in. Once you have logged in, you will then be redirected, based upon your user name. For example, if you are from the Western Section, log in using your assigned user name (let's say 090000). After you hit "Sign In" the page that loads will be a page designed to fit your specific needs. When an IAEI Safety Ambassador signs in, they will also see their particular page load. This helps prevent a lot of the tracking through multiple links that can often happen on a site.

I wish to sign up for access to the gateway; but when I hit "New User? Sign up Here" it says that I cannot have access. How do I get access?
The IAEI Information Gateway is reserved for IAEI officers (such as secretaries and membership chairs), international office employees, and IAEI/UL Safety Ambassadors. Each of these individuals have specific user name and passwords that have been assigned to them based upon their specific need; for example, the secretary of the George Washington Chapter will be re-directed upon log in to his chapter's page, while the Safety Ambassador will be re-directed (based upon his username) to the I am Safety Smart information page.

If you feel that you need access to a particular chapter's page, or to the Safety Smart Safety Ambassador program's page, please contact the Webmaster, so that she can determine access privileges (if any). If you are a new secretary, please contact Annette Thomas to gain permission forms for access to the Officer's Lounge.
