He has a B.S. from the University of Rochester; a M.S. from University of Michigan; and a MBA from Syracuse University. Paul has over twenty years of experience in hazardous areas and has published over 35 technical publications on the subject. He is a senior member of IEEE and serves on the executive subcommittee of the Petroleum and Chemical Industry Committee as chair of the International Subcommittee.
