Robert Arno, an electrical engineer, has over thirty years experience in Department of Defense (DoD) and military system support servicing a variety of program offices. He supported C4ISR facilities around the world assessing mission requirements and translating them into reliability assessments. Mr. Arno has provided management assistance, reliability modeling, contractor interface assistance in the support of the renovation of the Remote Delivery Facility and the NMCC at the Pentagon. A member of IEEE, he is chairman of the IEEE Gold Book and chairman of the Reliability subcommittee and is author of several papers for IEEE, NFPA, and NEMA.
