Robert A. Jones is the deputy executive director of the Houston Chapter of the Independent Electrical Contractors Association. Robert is a past long-time member of the city of Houston Electrical Board. He is a principal member of National Electrical Code Panel 12, International Association of Electrical Inspectors Associate Member, Red Cross standard first aid instructor and OSHA instructor. He has a background in the electrical construction industry. He holds, or has held, master electrician licenses in many cities in Texas, as well as 22 states. His education includes University of Houston, Joint Apprenticeship & Training Center of Houston - graduating in 1971, and the National Electrical Contractor's Association Estimating School. He passed the city of Houston Master Electrician Exam in 1978.
