Robert McGregor is the project safety coordinator for NECA, St. Louis Chapter. All types of safety services are provided to 90+ member electrical and communication contractors in the eastern part of Missouri in the jurisdiction of IBEW Locals 1, 257, and 350. McGregor has a master's in industrial safety and is a certified Missouri safety consultant with more than twenty years in the safety field. He is an instructor in IBEW Electrical Safe Work Practices, OSHA Construction Outreach instructor, Permit Confined Space instructor and an MSHA safety instructor. He is a member of IEEE, PCIC Safety Subcommittee, and IEEE Standard 902 rewrite committee.
