Photovoltaic Systems Requirements and Plan Review Discussion

Photovoltaic Systems Requirements and Plan Review Discussion
Join other electrical professionals for a day of in-person electrical training pertaining to Article 690 of the National Electrical Code (NEC) - Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Systems. As an installer, inspector, designer, or plan review technician, this course will be helpful so you know what to do, what to look for, and why on a PV installation.

The instructor is none other than Mr. Jim Rogers. Jim is an active electrical inspector and an International Association of Electrical Inspectors International Office Instructor. He has also taught for the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). He possesses hands-on knowledge as an electrician and as an electrical inspector. Jim Rogers, IAEI Instructor

Jim represents the IAEI as Chair of NFPA Code-Making Panel 4. This panel reviews public inputs and public comments from people just like you and recommends changes to alternative energy chapters of the NEC.

Understand not only what the NEC says but why the NEC says what it says. Jim can tell you why the NEC changed, so that you are better aware and able to explain this to customers and contractors. Get your installations right the first time and keep the public safe. Register now to attend this valuable seminar.

The IAEI is accredited by the International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and is also a Continuing Education Preferred Provider with the International Code Council (ICC).
