2019 East Tennessee Division Meeting - 2017 NEC One- & Two-Family Dwellings

Time: Registration at the door begins at 7:30 a.m. (cash or check only). Training will be from 8:30 – 4:30.

Program: Come to learn about the important requirements of the 2017 National Electrical Code as they apply to dwelling units.
Learning Outcomes: After taking this course, the participant should be informed about the many details of the 2017 NEC applicable to one- and two-family dwellings.
- Understand Article 100 definition changes and requirements for electrical installations.
- Describe torqueing requirements for terminal connections.
- Identify new locations where AFCI protection is required.
- Understand expanded GFCI requirements.

Continuing Education Credit: 6 hours
