Education Program:

NEC vs. NFPA 70E vs. NESC

Come learn about the scope and safety perspective of each of these three important electrical Codes and special rules and gain an understanding of when they apply in the field. As more line-side construction is being done by Electrical Construction Contractors and inspected by the local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ), it is important that we become familiar with where the different Codes start, stop, and overlap. There are mandatory requirements for many agencies and appear more and more as requirements in approved plans and contract documentation. We will try to clarify the extent of AHJ responsibility for approvals. Specific examples and analysis will be included.

Bring a friend to help share this valuable information even more broadly.
